Spirit Club

Our Group Class offerings can be customized to your needs. Like all of our Group Classes, Spirit Groups last for one hour and focus on improving body awareness, balance & stability, flexibility, functional movement, strength, endurance, speed & agility, social development, nutritional habits and healthy living skills. We will also work with you to incorporate specific focuses for the people in the group. This is a great option for agencies, that want the people they serve to have convenient access to group fitness classes.
