My Goal is to make fitness fun and energetic for all while improving the quality of life for our members.

Fitness changed my life and helped me build my self-confidence . I started from scratch trying to improve the quality of my life and to become more active. Walking was the foundation for me. After becoming a mom I found myself going on daily walks and changing up my eating habits which led to huge weight loss. I started attending Zumba, Boxing and Bootcamp workouts consistently. The love for getting healthier and a motivated mindset to want to learn more about the human body lead me to becoming a Certified Personal Trainer/Group Fitness Instructor. I've used the tools I have learned along the way and through my own experiences been able to support people change thier lives through fitness. SPIRIT Club has helped me learn so much more about Fitness For All and using different training techniques to help our members become the best version of themselves.
